LG TVs start doing promotions quickly so definitely good to wait if you can. The first Partner Store price drops on G4 began in May 2024, and we could see the same for G5.
Not sure if the G5 is worth $1,400 to $1,800 more than the G4. Not to mention you'd get a free soundbar with the G4 as well as the savings.
Drop lower when? Of course it will get cheaper than this in the near future, we just can't be sure exactly. But I wouldn't be surprised if cheaper deals are possible no later than July.
