Unfortunately, I own most/if not all 4K titles, so I can't verify this
Seems sporadic, though, based on previous Mix & Match upgrades. Other users got some upgraded that I did not, so YMMV.
The 4 movies you listed above are 4/5 I've been considering getting, with IT being my 5th. I may pull the trigger for this one anyway and report back. It's possible they only give so many upgrades to an account per year, and I've already "maxed out" my allocation.

Thanks for the heads up. Dune 2 would've been my main reason to get in on this deal. And a recent sci-fi release like this, that's heavy on visuals, not getting 4K would be a travesty for me
Edit: if you buy in HD. I don't see option from Apple to purchase 4k version.
