Yeah, it was this price a few weeks ago when I was looking for a saw.

Went with the Skil TS6307-00 for $299, great saw.

The price is specifically for the kit of the 10" saw and the rolling stand, and this is a pretty good price for it. For example, CCC hasn't seen it below $510 on Amazon for a year, and this is cheaper than I could get it from HD even with military discount. This isn't the 8 1/2" saw and this isn't the version with the scissor stand. It's a good price but I certainly wouldn't call this "price mistake" range for Acme. I got mine about a week ago.

This is an excellent deal. This is the gold standard in jobsite table saws and these don't go on big sale all the time like so many other power tools.

I don't think it's a price mistake either.

This is the best price I've seen in years for this saw. Killer deal.

I've had this saw for about ten years and it's fantastic. If it broke I'd buy another immediately.

That said, know the difference between saw types:

Taking it places beyond your garage? Get a jobsite saw (this DeWalt is amazing)

Garage use only? Get a contractor saw.

Serious hobbyist or production work? Cabinet saw. (If you need a cabinet saw, you know all this already)

Great deal for this saw. One of the few portable saws with dado capabilities. The miter gauge and slots kinda sucks, but YouTube has some good videos on fixes for that

Tried buying this at amazon for 500. Was going to take a month to deliver. I canceled and bought the harbor freight one in sale for 240 and then bought the stand. I have 420 in it. If I knew this would be on sale for 450 it's a no brainer... But the evolution 10 inch for 400 is probably the best 10 inch saw out there.

Or if you see the glass as half full they still have 9 fingers left, 9 more opportunities to learn proper woodworking technique!

Just ordered the 8-1/4 version with non rolling stand on amazon yesterday for $329. Now I'm wondering if I need this for a bit more $. 🤔

Edit: Canceled the 8 1/4 one and ordered this one. Thanks OP
