At first glance, it should be identical to this black model that is marketed to the Steam Deck: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BTJYY8MD
I have the one I just linked and it also works perfectly with Samsung DeX. The only difference looks to be the color but I didn't spend much time looking at specs for the ports.
If they support USB-C video output standards and have dimensions capable of fitting the holding slot, yes. I have a black variant that is used for Samsung DeX on occasion.
I have the black version and works pretty well with my Legion Go, Samsung phone, pixel phone even my Lenovo legion laptop. The only thing with the Legion Go it's a bit tight so take that into consideration

Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product( What's this? )
So, yeah, I know this dock is advertised for the ROG ALLY. I'm also aware that Sabrent makes a model of this dock specifically for the Steam Deck. But the fact of the matter is this dock works as I hoped and is compatible in both size and function with the Steam Deck. So, if you have one of the solid white Steam Decks and want your peripherals to match, this dock could be a contender.
For myself, though, I just wanted a cheaper alternative to the official Steam Deck dock that I could travel with while leaving the more expensive official dock safely at home. It's a little bigger than the Steam Deck official dock, so that's a bit of a disappointment, but it ticks every other box for me.
I guess I could complain that 2 of the ports are USB 2.0...but that's all a mouse and keyboard really need. I do wish the USB C port was on the better USB 3.2 spec rather than USB 3.0, but at this price point, just having a USB C port is a win. It doesn't bother me that there's no Ethernet port on the dock (because, again, I'll be travelling with it). The HDMI 2.0 port will let you get the best out of a solid majority of displays you're likely to encounter. Per Techreviewer.com, "HDMI 2.0 can handle up to 240 Hz when using 1080p resolution, 144 Hz when using 1440p resolution, and 60 Hz when using 4K resolution."
I feel like this dock is a good value, and I recommend it.
If Apple used only usb 3.2 gen 2 x 2 squared 2wice to the 2econd power, we wouldn't be stuck with all these devices still using 5Gbps ports.
They're not being a good steward of their power.

It should work with any kind of device
