Yea, I take GREAT care of our pets and pour endless money on them, but one thing they don't need is "paw balm". Pets paw pads are supposed to be/feel rough looking. You can't compare the human feet, you have to think of them more like shoes- they have to be hard and a bit rough to help with traction and generally just being on the ground all the time.
