Does this still work? Last time I ordered it for pickup and they gave me the Walgreens brand.

I never gotten the complete home storage brand but the walgreens brand seem to be okay? I do notice it seems different a bit.

"Complete Home" is a Walgreens-owned brand. They have a bunch of them (screenshot attached). I believe that someone mentioned that particular brand was originally owned by Boots and came over as part of the acquisition. They probably use the various brands interchangeably, depending on manufacturing logistics and current supplies. In general, most of those products are going to be pretty comparable … a decent product, but maybe not quite as refined as some of the name brands. For instance, these bargain brand ziplocks can sometimes be a little finicky when closing and you might have to stop and zip from the other side if it doesn't mesh right on the first try … usually not a big deal.

The thing is I bought this last time and bought complete home but the ones I received at the Walgreens store were Walgreens bags instead of completely home. Anyone had this happen? And are they similar?

The ziploc bags from the Walgreens brand seem to be different quality? I never compared it to complete home as I never gotten that one.

Don't live near a Walgreens. Tried ordering online twice and both were auto canceled. These seem decent. May stick to GV I guess.

That's weird … I wasn't able to use the code when ordering through a browser at their website. I tried various combinations of the different Walgreens bags, etc and various dollar amounts but it kept saying that it didn't meet the requirements for WAG20. I'd be curious what's up with it. I do a lot of Walgreens deals so I know most of the quirks, but not sure what's going on here.

Anyone can answer this? Last time I picked Complete Home Bags online for order to pick up and they gave me Walgreen Bags instead like the ones shown in the photo.. So if I choose complete home, they will either give that or the Walgreens Bags right?

Are they exactly the same in each box?

Does the less than 10 dollar hack trick still work or not anymore?

It might be a moot point now, as it looks like they've changed the images from "Complete Home" to Walgreens branded labels on most of the links above. I only see one remaining that shows Complete Home, even though there were a number of them listed the other day. So they might be phasing out that brand for these. I ordered zip sandwich bags and gallon bags the other day and both were the Walgreens brand when I picked them up.

But it really shouldn't be that big of a deal either way … they're sandwich bags for a buck. They'll certainly do the job they were meant to do and at worst, you might have to fidget with the zip for two seconds. It's not like there's going to be any revolutionary difference between them.

Yes, the 3/$2.79 price is a sale and will trigger once you log into the pinpad with your Walgreens member phone number if not right away. The shelf will usually be tagged with the sale price in-store. The only things to watch out for with that is clearance deals where pricing can vary by store or instances where you first need to clip a digital coupon on their website (neither relevant for this deal)
