If I recall from a previous deal, the listing is very confusing and the super buttons aren't included. They're just showing that it's compatible.

Also, this controller is NOT meant to be as ergonomic as a regular controller when handheld.

It's an accessibility controller meant for people with limited mobility/dexterity that you rest directly on a table.

Thanks for the info, to be fair the super buttons look like they are included....but that could be the confusing part you are alluding to if they aren't?

I believe this is the same product:
https://www.8bitdo.com/lite-se-wireless-xbox/

"Includes
8BitDo Lite SE 2.4G Wireless Controller for Xbox
8BitDo Super Buttons x 2
2.4G adapter
USB cable
Instruction manual"

I honestly want this just because of the super buttons, even if I have zero use for them

On the previous deal, there was at least one mention that they didn't get the buttons even though the product description reads like it should come with them.

The non-Xbox version of the same controller with the same name "Lite SE 2.4" was on sale at the same time, so it's hard to say who got it wrong.

I'd say the super buttons are the biggest draw if you want to use them for some funky projects.

However, I did just find a great deal on a StreamDeck clone on AliExpress if you're just looking for macro buttons.

I will say 8Bitdo's descriptions leave something to be desired, so I would not be surprised. Also, they have identically named controllers branded differently (Xbox, Switch, etc) that have completely different features built in so that can be even more confusing. For example the Xbox models are always going on sale but none of them have gyro (which kinda makes sense being Xbox does not use gyro) which I always want.....so don't name them the same as the Switch model with gyro or be very clear which models have what feature. Same with wired and wireless version of the exact same name controllers having different features.

Both and neither

I just think they are cool, I figure I can find a use for them.

I'll have to look into that, been wanting Stream Deck for a while for work.

Thanks again for the info!

Can you share that link for the macro button pad? Thanks!

It goes by a ton of different names on AliExpress, but I've found it mostly under the brand Mirabox and called a Stream Dock.

It's the one with 16 programmable display buttons, model 293.

From research, the target price is around $40-$45 if you are an existing customer, but it sells for as low as $35 for new customers without any additional coupons.

I don't know if it's just their search algorithm being dumb or my login is targeted, but I always get different results from searching on Google versus from their app. I tend to keep both open and cross compare as much as possible. It also doesn't help that new customers get better deals, so the prices aren't always what you pay when you log in.

Woot's "Specs" tab only says the following, with no mention of the super buttons. YMMV I suppose.
