I ordered one and got it today... my package was super heavy. Inside was the pillow I ordered and 2 boxes of 12 Packages of 8 pack Energizer C batteries(192 C batteries!!!!). Will donates these to a STEM teacher. Don't think I've ever used C batteries.

I should say that they always take the broken items back. Bad quality control, great return policy.
