I previously ordered an open box Logitech mouse from Woot and it was obviously well used with scuffs on the underside. It was sent from a company called Tech Rabbit. Woot customer service was great though and gave me a refund.

There was a coupon. I think it ended
The vertical mouse can use their receiver or Bluetooth. I'll bet some of the others can too.
The trackball can as well. I use it for a dual computer setup
For me:
One deal for "open box" was like new.
So when a different deal for the same thing came up I ordered again. "open box" this last time was used and gross.
Woot refunded the 2nd order.
I sort of blindly chose that one to order too. Seems well reviewed—hopefully "open box" really means new in this case.
