Stop paying for a product that's 80% water. The sprayer is great though

If you have the sprayer, make this refill at home using 13 fluid ounces of water, 4 tablespoons of Dawn dish soap, 2 tablespoons of rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol. That's it. Add a few drops of essential oils (optional) for extra scent. Get a container of Dawn Platinum (the concentrated version) and have the refills run for many years.
Gain is the worst version. Makes dishes taste like laundry detergent
Is it though? I made some up and it didnt perform as well. I use it for cleaning my bong.

I really like these but I really hate these two fragrances. funny how the unscented or even the lemon is like 2 to 3 times as much.

I have been using this refill option for a year now. Try slightly reducing the dawn and slightly increasing the isopropyl alcohol measures.

I know we are shilling for Amazon referral cash but Sam's Club has a 4 pack of refills for $10.08.
For those that already have a sprayer.

i gave up on this stuff. it does NOT cut through grease very well. needs multiple sprays and washes.

Depends on the recipe you use. I used 13oz water, 4 tablespoons Dawn, and 2 tablespoons isopropyl alcohol. Sprays, foams, and cleans just as good as the original.

I made markings on the side of the bottle so I can quickly measure and refill when finished.

just use 2-3 tablespoons of 91% iso + sea salt to clean your bongs. no need to add dish soap or extra water.

You're right about any salt and alcohol. Of course, you know it's coming that someday some company will sell the same thing with a huge mark-up.

Dawn still sells the Power Dissolver Commercially in 32oz bottles. Unfortunately its grossly overpriced in consumer channels, but it still works (unlike this successor "Powerwash" product...)

No, it's not the same. It's close enough for some people. Which is fine. But there's always some preaching in powerwash threads about the savings of making dish foam at home.

"Stop paying for a product that's 80% water" lol. People pay for products that are 100% water, why is that a factor in this at all.
