The two collections have never been at historic low at the same time. Vol 2 reached historic low around the end of last year at $35, at a different time than Vol 1. I feel optimistic Vol 2 drops to $30 in the near future (the set with Nausicaa)
Personally watched all in original Japanese track and the three 2000s films in English dub. The English dubbing was good for those three.
Was about to purchase but it appears all 6 movies are on HULU. FYI for anyone else that cares about that.

However, I just bought it and can only access English audio and English subtitles. I was hoping for the original Japanese audio, but at least the English dubs are done very well.
