I bought and used up the Costco bottle of this (on sale). I have an ache in my knee from ACL reconstruction years ago and I honestly didn't notice this helping at all, but YMMV.

UCII has shown to be more helpful than Glucosamine / Chondroitin complex. I have been using a combination of both of these for my arthritis for 14 years now and my knees have been great. Rarely have issues anymore and I am more active. These pills along with moderate excercise and plenty of water makes the world of difference with joint issues
