Great point! Torx does have 6 contact points, while Pozidriv has 8. But not all Torx bits are created equal—take Makita T25 vs. Milwaukee T25, for example. They don't always engage with Spax fasteners the same way. On the other hand, I've found that most #2 Pozidriv bits tend to fit just about any #2 Pozidriv fastener without much issue.

I used to think Torx was always the superior option too, but that's not always the case. For larger sizes, I do agree—Torx generally performs better. Personally though, I prefer XZN (Triple Square) for heavy-duty applications. With 12 contact points, it offers great grip and is commonly used in German vehicles for a reason.
