I can only see Amex offers for lg.com and not for the partner store ? can you confirm if the lg.com offer works with partner store ?

It does. I can confirm AMEX offers work at partner store. Cashback or shopping portals on the other hand will not without customer service intervention

Have a reputable handyman mount the TV, don't trust Handy. Just saw their page on BBB and it's bad to say the least.

Could grab it from Costco for a bit more (with 5 year warranty) and hope for a price adjust. Price valid until 5/4 so maybe it drops. Even if it doesn't it is a pretty good buy IMO. Vendor is vastly better and you get the warranty and peace of mind.
