I made it almost to the final stage of checkout and it was still working and nothing showed "expired," but keep me posted.
Try code USPSN100. It is currently working for me as of 2pm PT and I used a cheaper option than Zeus. Got mine for like 83ish and bought off Shadow Dragon instead to save a few extra lol
I've found sometimes that it codes expire fast, it's always just a random combination of US PSN and 100 and this one worked
