It's a good time to splurge on a small bottle of olive oil you know is genuine and get familiar with exactly how olive oil tastes. You will have a bitter sense in the back of your throat. know how it tastes in the mouth take as many notes as you can and try to remember the taste. There's no shame in drinking a shot of olive oil like it's wine. In fact it's extremely healthy even though I rarely do that i should. Because so many olive oils are from all sorts of oils that aren't olive oil you needto know how it tastes specfically. Also Google about olive oil and you can do a quick learn in 10 minutes.
