this is fishy. you really didnt provide any details. my lifetime auto renews every 5 years, why 5? I don't know, maybe if you never logged in during this time, they will then expire it.

They did that with me, and I just needed to forward them the confirmation of my lifetime purchase, and they reactivated it. Was resolved in less than a day.
I love the service, going on 6 years now. just recently found out they offer ephemeral port forwarding. I tend to jump on the 3 year deals from stacked social around bf, worth every penny.
Strange; I tried buying to extend membership & all I get is an un clickable box saying ' You already have a subscription'. How were others able to extend?
I don't think they advertise a maximum number of devices, their support page says something like "use on all your personal devices but be reasonable we know you don't have 25 PCs"I've used it on 3-5 simultaneously with no issues (phone and desktops).More generally: I've been using these guys for a couple years now and personally I like them, over this time I've seen them roll out more features and more/better servers. I've only used one other no name provider previously so I can't compare to the big names but overall I like their desktop app (split tunneling etc. works well and otherwise easy to use). Server selection, speeds, and other features are all great as well.Overall useful and very pleased, never had any issues. Occasionally you'll find a banned IP range with some websites, or cranky cloudflare, or be forced to do a captcha here and there (sometimes switching servers fixes it) but I think this is not uncommon with VPNs in general.Recommend personally.

I was on the 60GB/mo free plan for life, but when they made the big change, got Pro for $10/yr for life. I think at the time, they were offering it until Putin died or a specific date and then it would be $20, so I bit.
