That is, flights happening after May 28 still get the 2 checked bags free as long as they were booked before May 28.

Took a look through the list for flights out of Hobby (Houston) and if these were round trip prices then it'd be a sale but as it stands, these are just "regular" price...

Not once have I ever locked a deal in where I go for $39. Phoenix never has deals for this price. Even a less than a hour flight is overpriced. SW sucks.
