Update: It comes in 3 pieces. handle and the long metal rod that is screwed together using 2 screws. Very sturdy, well made for fireplaces and larger pieces of quarter or eighth cut wood pieces of normal variety firewood cords.

I'm decently strong and as someone who trains and goes to the gym if I really wanted to I could bend it but it would take 90% of my strength to really bend it and at least an hour and a ton of effort to really bend it into a circle.

It's definitely sturdy and might be one of the slickest deals I've gotten in 2025 for the quality
