I am embarrassed at how many of these sets I have that are near empty and all the bits are strewn across 3 rolling tool chests.

Personally I feel that the Makita impact bits are better than the dewalt and Milwaukee bits that I have used. Not that any were bad. If I needed bits I would pay $29.

Why, because it says they last 100x longer?

Nothing to do with what the packaging says, those of us that use this type of tool in our work every day know it to be true. The only bad thing is I like these bits so much I baby them and use my Milwaukee and DeWalt bits more lol.

This particular line is really good. I also have this set and having used other brands you can just tell. You'll strip far less screws and they just stay in when you're operating your drill so it's faster work. Even for a diyer this is a good investment. Just don't lose them, but that a problem for all sets.

Just a dad that does casual house things and sometimes overzealous DIY projects, but I REALLY like this set. Bought in 2023 for $36 after tax.

Makita is brand I've grown to really trust. Their quality from drills to saws are a notch above the most. These bits are in the category.

I got this set last time on a deal. The #2 bits are junk. Broke a few already. I like their extensions though.

Just picked up the 50 piece kit last week, I'll get this too just so I can be constent.
My "nice" stuff before getting this was the Milwaukee impact rated bits, and for some reason I still prefer them.

I dont know why, but expecially the philips on this set seems to shred my screws a lot more than the Milwaukee bits do and slips a bit easier.

It's almost like they are so percicse that they are basicaly "sharp" where the very slight releaxed form fit of the Milwaukee has it agree and fit better with more screws I have been using.
