Costco has a Dell ryzen 7730u laptop for $400 with 16 gigs ram and 512 gig SSD. I don't think the extra ram and SSD is worth $459 more.

Seller is buying low end \ low spec machines in bulk and adding the cheapest NVMe and RAM upgrades they can find. For extra salt in the wound, the manufacturer warranty started ticking when the seller bought it, not when you buy it. This is fairly common on Amazon, I would avoid buying any 3rd party laptops from Amazon at this point.

Particularly since you can upgrade the DELL with off the shelf parts for way less than $459

But this is 64 GB of RAM compared to 16 GB of RAM at Costco. Huge different man
