It uses LG's Alpha 9 AI Processor Gen7, supports a 144Hz refresh rate, has three USB ports, and has a 2.2 channel speaker system, all of which are the same as the C4. Due to these shared features, we expect the 83-inch model to perform more in line with the C4. However, it doesn't have LG's Brightness Booster technology like the C4 does, so it isn't as bright overall."

Just talked to customer service and they said within 30 days but tv has 90 day return policy, tv is too hard to move even with my truck plus I tossed away the box but I'll go to warehouse and speak with them, purchased March 11

You can buy one in the warehouse and return it using your old receipt. You don't need to return the one you have at home.

What about the warranty? Is it tied to the serial of the set I purchased. It would be major hassle since I already have it wall mounted

Let me know how that goes? I bought mine March 23rd and had it delivered April 8th and they told me no online. My next move it to go into the store to talk to someone.. there's no way I can return it on my own.
