This is cool, but why is it a Blu-ray instead of the 4K disc (or both)?

I would buy this if it actually came with the 4k copy of the movie.
All of the reviews I found online say it includes the 40th anniversary blu ray & not the 50th anniversary 4k. At least the title here has it right.
Image on zon (and everywhere else I checked) still shows 4k included.
