Worked wonders for me playing all the blurry switch games. Upscales steam deck really nicely too. Especially it you pair it with 4K Gamer Pro.

I did similar w/ the original Mclassic.

The combination does make a difference on many games (Skyrim, Hogwarts Legacy, TOTK, etc. on the Switch), but the benefit varies pretty significantly and each requires the right tweaking w/ the 4k Gamer Pro to not look overly sharpened.

One surprise for me was actually Xbox One/PS4 games - I just replayed the Horizon series, this time all on the PS4, and the additional processing/sharpening that the duo provided was pretty impressive. Definitely not PS5 quality, but a noticeable upgrade to the base output.

I have the original and it works great for upscaling 480p and 720p games (Wii, Wii U, and Steam Deck). The new blue and green ones don't look that impressive based on the reviews I've seen.

I really like the Original mClassic and use them on 4k TVs.

How is the Switch version? I can't really decide if it's better than the Original.

"60hz" lol. This does not increase game performance to 60.

These things actually work. it can be subtle but I've done a comparison where I had a Switch running without it and with it. I can really see it make a difference when hooking up a Switch on a 4k TV and reducing the jagginess of 1080p upscaled to a 4k TV. I recommend it only for older stuff though (running old consoles) such as an Xbox 360, PS4 or whatever is 1080p or below resolution. You absolutely shouldn't need this for a PS5 or Xbox Series console where the upscaling for those consoles is good. This is still quite a bit of money so you may want to save the money spent on this to put into a Switch 2 instead since that console will also upscale old Switch 1 games better into a 4K TV.

It's not snek oil.

This is your blur filter from emulators adapted for physical consoles. $80 filters is the problem, you'd be stupid to pay that much. $20 maybe.

No, and I don't think it claims to anywhere. But it will preserve a 60fps frame rate while upscaling the resolution.

Works great paired with EON Gamecube or N64 adapter on HD TVs.
