Serious question, what does nutrition facts pkged vs prepared mean? Is it if you just cook the potatoes and eat without using the powder mix then it's the pkged facts? and if you mix in the powder then it's prepared?

Dried potatoes have a different texture to fresh but this is very convenient to keep on hand. I prepare as directed then coat a couple of skinless chicken breasts in a fat, butter or Italian salad dressing, put on top of the potatoes and top with panko bread crumbs. Bake as directed and serve with veggies on the side. Cheap and easy dinner.
