I saw someone merge it with rivendell with beautiful results. Not much extra required, they just sandwiches it in. If my rivendell wasn't in an acrylic case I'd have done it in a heartbeat.

I have both and I cannot see how that would fit in at all. Not even a little bit similar style.

I wish I could find it because it looked great. He may well have left some elements out of the treehouse but it fit in between the bridge and the other structure and actually was really cool.

It seems like Amazon has been stocking sets before retirement to release after retirement. They did it with this Tree House, A Frame Cabin, the 31120 3 in 1 Castle, AT-AT, and a few others I can't recall. Looks like they've realized there's some value selling them after retirement. One YouTuber did a video about it and noted how they must have sold at least 75k one of set (might be mixing up numbers a bit) which was way too much to be an overproduction error or something.

I've seen Target do it, but to a degree that's believable they could actually be finding old stock. (Like that Pink Parrot build came back several times and sold out within hours this year after retiring last year.)

It uses this set and 3 x 31120 sets.

More than half my sets are still sealed so I won't mention them since a lot of them are no longer available at retail. Also, a lot of the built ones are no longer available as well so it's hard to recommend them to a new collector.
