Creality currently offers Soleyin PLA filament in 6 packs for $59.40. If you use the coupon code SLOEYIN06 you will get an additional $6 off, which brings the total price down to $53.40, or $8.90 per roll.

You can choose the colors with some restrictions.
The 6 rolls are divided into three groups of two rolls each, and as I understand it for each group of 2, you can select one color by clicking on the gray box where the filament name is displayed.

For the first two spools, the color options are: Matte Rose Stone (purple), Matte Fluonte (looks like a dual red/blue in the picture), and Matte Moonstone (blue).
For the next two, you can choose from: Strawberry Milk (red), Rosehip (orange), and Light Green.
The last two reels are available in: Matte Moonstone (blue), White, Grey, Greenery, Black, and Matte White.

Remove the worry free purchase nonsense in the cart. Shipping is $3.99 and free on orders over $99.

I guess I am an outlier. I ordered 13 rolls from the previous deal. I have run through 8 of the rolls on a P1S and aside from an initial roll where I ran it out of the box without letting it sit in the AMS at 10% humidity overnight, no issues. I have had some absolutely beautiful prints with the multi color options. Generic PLA settings in Bambu Studio/Orca. I do find a residue on the print surface with these, so IPA and wipe down after a few prints. Should also add no issues with adhesion when mixing multi color prints with other manufactures (Bambu, Inland, Polymaker, Sunlu, Elegoo)

Bought a bunch and seem to have lucked out with the quality control versus other people. stuff adheres to the plate tight though.
But it also doesn't adhere to other filaments well at all. It's basically all matte, which already has its own adhesion issues. But this is the first filament I've had where if it print something on top of it (e.g. - raised text) I can just peel whatever printed right off. Nothing seems to stick to it except itself from my experience.
But I printed dozens of mini placards for an event using several different colors and so long as the build plate was clean, everything printed spot on.
Is it the best filament? hell no. am i getting my $7/kg out of it from the last deal? yes.

It's pretty rough. I fought with the black for a while (bought like six rolls when the eBay deal was live for $7.XX per kilogram) and I'm okay with it now, but it's not something I'd buy above $9.XX at all. It's fussy, has QC issues, and just doesn't have a great finish to it even when it prints cleanly. Not a fan, but if it's cheap enough it'll do for prototyping.
exactly my view on it. i use it constantly for drafts without feel like i'm wasting anything

My experience with this stuff has been positive.

I've never had to dry it but my ambient humidity is pretty low and I'm pretty particular about how I store all of my filament (dry boxes with desiccant etc).

I think it prints really well and I'd agree with the high adhesion. I don't mind that as I'd rather it stick more than not enough.

I have been using it via an AMS on my P1S.

I think this is an excellent deal and if I hadn't overbought on my prior orders, I'd be in for more this time around.

Is this the same as the eBay ones? These are called Ultra. The eBay one I keep getting stuck errors on Matte Rose Stone. Took forever to print because I need to push the filament in more and then continue. This was on Bambu A1 with AMS lite. Kids like the Matte Stone cause they change colors if you look at different angles. Are there other brands that do this?
I have the same problem with the same color. So you are saying when you manually press the extrude button to push it down, it eventually works? I had to keep pulling out the filament when it gets stuck, and it's becoming frustrating.

Also their rosehip color (which actually looks like orange) gets stuck on the build plate like no other. pulling it off often break the print, and takes me forever to remove the residue from the heat plate with a heat gun and a scraper. I had to use glue stick to help it to be less sticky.

I bought a lot of this when it first came out. The first layer is ok, but then it gets worse over time. I have tons of filament and SOLEYIN is the worst

Got 4 rolls the last time it was on sale. 4 different colors, all printed like crap. Zero layer adhesion no matter what temperature, cooling, or speed I used. It's a shame because the Creality Hyper filament always works great for me but the Soleyin has been trash.

I agree people calling these trash. The black one is meh, all the others are terrible, I could not get it to print properly unless I reduced speed to 25%. I tried calibrating everything. It sucks

No problems with the quality but the spool on most of mine have been wound wrong and constantly gets stuck. At least for my last 4 out of 6 rolls. I'll never buy again with that annoyance.

Haven't had much of an issue with quality but on 4-6 of my rolls they constantly get stuck rolling out the filament and it causes the print to stop till I unstick it. I'll never buy again after all that annoyance.

Honestly, I don't get all the hate. Not saying people have crappy printers or don't know what they're doing, but I've bought 40+ rolls of this since the eBay sale started and printed in every color they have. Completely emptied three spools (two matte black, one matte white), am nearly through at least half a dozen others, and have several more at least 25% used. Didn't dry anything -- printed straight out of the bag through my (2) AMS on my X1C with various plates and not a single issue. No adhesion problems. No spaghetti. No brittleness. Just buttery smooth prints. I spent time dialing it in like I do for every new filament and didn't just use generic settings. Would post lots of photos if the app supported it (don't get me started on that).

If anyone here wants to unload their unwanted Suleyin, drop me a line. Seriously. I'll cover shipping and give you something for the filament that you hate. 🙂

My army of balloon dogs disagrees with a lot of you lol. 4 rolls in so far. No drying, no brims, no issues. Beautiful colors and a silky matte finish. It IS more brittle than PLA because I made a small test print with varying thickness columns to see how easily they can snap off. I also print this PLA only using silk settings so maybe it's worth a try for some of you. Also I only bought the 3 multi-color ones (moon, rose, fluor), can't say about the regular stuff.

We have been playing with 2 of the colors of this Soleyin PLA filament. It is OK for simple prints.
But when we tried using ironing to get a smooth surface, the filament burns (white filament). Tried dropping the temps but that caused various other issues. So the only way it works for us is to not use ironing.

I ordered 10 rolls of this and got it maybe a month ago. Really needs dried in a good dryer. My old Sunlu S2 would sit at 40-50% RH during drying and I just couldn't get it to dry in that, the Creality Space Pi did a great job of drying it. Once I got it dry and calibrated it worked pretty good, even if it isn't my favorite filament.
