Jayo is 1.1KG,
Much better quality than Kingroon.

I have tried Sunlu, Jayo, Creality, and Kingroon and Kingroon and creality happens to be the worst. I had no problem with creality's quality of print, but certain filaments were slightly thicker and brittle where it would break and clog the extruder. On the other hand, Kingroon filaments never clogged, but the quality of the filaments were significantly worse.
I had issues with the Creality Soleyin bonding with other PLA's for some reason among other issues. I had to increase printing temp 15c to help with the bonding but still not great. The black had bed adhesion issues(not because wet I tried drying) which the other colors didn't. Just very inconstant printing in general. I bought 15 spools when it was on sale for like $6 a spool. Just printing random storage crap to try and get rid of it at this point.

Jayo is actually a sub brand of Sunlu, so essentially the same thing. Lately I've actually found Jayo to actually be a bit easier to work with than Sunlu so, currently, it's my go-to for low priced/good quality PLA & PLA silk.

Only thing Sunlu (plastic spools) have over Jayo is the handy "amount remaining gauge" the Sunlu spools have built in, I really do find that helpful.

I've also seen Sunlu is starting to use the reusable spools. I don't think the stuff I saw is using them though

I ordered 10 rolls last time they had a sale. Really good PETG for the price, and I've had no issues in my Qidi Q1 Pro.
Anybody have experience with JAYO's TPU or ABS?

Was looking for ABS and just found 10kg for $82 shipped on AliExpress so thanks for that suggestion. I canceled my order from this link for $110 shipped for the same amount.

Could you share the Link or recommended seller ?

FYI: you can mix and match colors for a total of 6. I ordered 6 of the black before I realized this.

I personally love Kingroon and have had zero issues with it -- always a reliable print and typically my go-to filament for PETG. I have all four of those (and more) in my collection and they all work just fine for me. Maybe your settings aren't dialed in for each? Brittle filament suggests it should have been dried before use. 🤷

This isn't my typical storage -- only here temporarily while I'm building a new printing station. 😁

I can't get it to $9. My lowest is $75 for 6
Price varies by color as noted in the original post, and keep in mind that the $9 cited is per kilogram and these spools are 1.1 kg. If you get the cheapest filaments, six spools will cost about $60, or $10/spool, and $10 ÷ 1.1 kg = $9.09 per kg. 🤓

I had been purchasing 5kg spools through their independent site, they haven't had them in stock in many weeks. I haven't found any other sources for them unfortunately, including eBay and Ali, anyone know of any sources for their 5kgs?
EDIT; disregard. 100% confirmed, this is rebranded Sunlu. Found a source that provides the spool dimension specs and warehouse, all exact as I received from Jayo, even to the packaging. I ordered from eBay with a discount code, was a little over $10/kg shipped and with taxes.

If you print big things at high flow rate, the Elegoo High Speed PETG goes on sale for this price regularly and prints great at (40-50mm3/s). Most people are not printing anywhere near that flow rate but if you are that's probably the better deal.

I have a dryer and always dry for 12hrs prior to use. Creality's problem is not the dryness but the thickness and brittleness from it. It is more on the dual color filaments (Moonstone, Flourite, etc) When it prints without a clog/break, it's good.
Kingroon quality is just horrible. Specks of black on white filaments (pre-print) Comes out more streaky, with sometimes minor bubbles. Never had any problem with Sunlu/Jayo filaments under the same setting with an exact same print.
I would also stay away from eSUN filaments. Nothing wrong with the filament itself but spools with cardboard box material is harder on the pull and will break and clog.

Jayo/Sunlu/Creality/Kingroon all uses plastic spool.
eSUN/Elegoo uses the carboard spool.

Different strokes for different folks. I think it all depends on your printer, AMS/ACE unit that you have.
I have 2 Anycubic S1 Combo, 1 Anycubic K3 combo and 1 Elegoo Centauri Carbon.

May well depend on your printer. I've got a Bambu X1C and have had literally none of the issues you described, and I generally print straight out of the bag unless the filament gives me a reason not to. I typically dry PETG once it's been opened for a while, but not religiously. I do store it in sealed containers with desiccant, however, so that has something to do with it.

Anyway, sorry you haven't had good luck with some of the cheaper brands. I'll consider myself a little more fortunate having heard of your experiences.
