Would this work if I plugged my sump pump into outlets and left the battery plugged in (to kick in if power goes out)?

Got the order to go thru with US address and used PayPal. Sofi froze my account and said it was because Ali Express was known for fraud. Too fishy to me so I canceled the order.

Does eBay have reimbursement for said scams or any scam really? I thought they were good about that type of stuff

I didn't do anything different. Logged in again today and was able to use the code paired with paypal. Credit card would throw and error too as someone else mentioned.
