If you have a screenshot of the survey number showing 550SB, I would send them that along with your ledger showing the same survey number and the lesser points!

That's what I did so we shall see. It was soooo long too. At least I got 188 as opposed to nothing like some other surveys!

Did you get to the point where you were actually supposed to print the coupon? Not to rub salt in it, but I got this to credit again this morning on PL. It had a different icon by the offer, so I tried it. Immediate credit - again.
