On those 75 SB surveys about getting insurance quotes, you get to a page that asks you how you intend to buy insurance the next time around:

1. On line

2. Over the phone on a 24/7 line

3. Directly from an agent

Today I checked 'over the phone' because I thought last time I checked 'on line' (not sure though) and I got DQ'd. Got DQ'd again today.

What are they looking for? Directly from an agent? Or is this one of those surveys that is DQing me because of a previous answer and only now catching up to give me the boot?

Thanks! I had originally left it sitting thinking it was an IPSOS, but was able to go back to the TS dashboard and get full credit for it.

Took a long time, I completed it, but instead of the congratulations page, I got a page with all the flags and languages telling me the survey was not available. Total waste of time, and an inauspicious start to the day.
