Anybody having problems filling out the new profiles? When I complete one I am getting the message "sorry something went wrong, refresh and try again". When I refresh I lose the info I filled out.

My DH can't even get to his profiles.

Unless they offer the profiles for you to do, there's no way to get at them to update them - so your DH is going to have to wait until they ask him to update. As far as you go, I've had this problem too, left it for a day, and was able to complete them the following day.

Hi Misty, are you talking about the ones on TS or the new ones on the FP that you need to fill out to have surveys emailed to you? I am having the problem with the FP ones.

Sorry, yeah I was talking about TS. Embarrassment I wasn't even thinking about the FP because I always get DQ'd from e-mailed surveys. I did just try to fill out a profile, but couldn't submit my answer. People should let them know through feedback or FB that there's a problem.

I just tried one that said 35SB x2 = 70SB. It was really fast, about fiber, and told me it was a 45SB survey, so that's 90SB when doubled. The last page went to an unusual error page that said some error had occurred and apologized for not redirecting me back to original site. It went on to say I will get credit after these are manually reviewed. I have no faith in that one.....LOL!
