Is anybody else not getting replies from [email protected]? I had two paypal orders in "email us for approval" status and send them an email on 8/30. So far there's no reply and the status of the orders are still in "email us for approval". In the past they had accused me of using software for SBTV and search, when I have been doing everything manually. I have captchas for both SBTV and search - I don't know how you can cheat with captchas.

Anyway, at least in the past they replied to me in a couple of days and approved my orders. I'm really worried this time.

Interesting thing about this (my 500SB was credited in a few hours)...it's a proxy.

For some reason, a sports game was blacked out from my local isp. But I was able to view the game from my phone since it went through this...had a totally different ip address, and thus I could see the blacked out game.

Interestingly enough, the came was Alabama State vs Auburn. Both in Alabama. But I'm in Florida. I have no idea why it was blacked out via ESPN to begin with.

Maybe try contacting them in a different way??? Try 'Suggestions" in the drop down menu under "Contact Us". Your suggestion could be that they should be responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, or just tell them you need a human being to answer you. There are real people that read the suggestions, and I always get a response from them. You've got nothing to lose giving this a try.

If anyone is curious, my account verification postcard was mailed on Tuesday and got here on Saturday. Not too bad considering it had to cross from coast to coast. Probably would have been faster but I got the message saying my account needed to be verified Friday later in the day and Monday was a holiday.
