Yes, the DJI Osmo Action 4 is good enough for real estate tours — great stabilization, wide-angle lens, and solid 4K video. Just be mindful of the slight fish-eye effect and average built-in audio. Ideal for quick walkthroughs or social media content.
100%. super stable pictures. Also performs well in low light, not like SLR but decent. I use for dirt biking mostly.

In low light scenarios digital stabilization will result in noticeable jitter.

Action 5 is better in low light, same with pocket 3. But Action 4 should work good if you turn on all the lights. It's still a very good camera and I picked one up myself. Mic is good too, I did order the mic mini. You can hookup 1 mic to it. , pocket 3 and action 5 , you can hookup 2 mics
