Trade in values 50$ lower and cheapest phone is 50$ more this year. 100$ more overall. S22 battery is pathetic. S23 series .. too expensive

I don't know how trade in works but I'm trading in a nice old S20+ ... that was renewed by them so I shouldn't have an issue. It was a solid phone but time to treat myself to something newer. The warranty and new battery really is the key. I'm not taking chances on a S23+ at this price for a "used". I basically rented their S20+ for $100 over the years.

I opened it and recorded it being turned on so I had proof that it turned on and was factory reset. With all the stories of people having issues with Samsung trade ins, that's what I do for proof.

I think I saw UWB or something on the unlocked.. I'll have to dig into that more. I will be using an old tracfone sim so getting ultraband might be a stretch from VZW.
