S23 for 270 is a great deal and I was considering a pixel 9 for 400 off OfferUp but this is a better deal with a new battery that I can trust rather than some stranger on the street.

well, I wonder how low it will go.. I'm fine with renewed by them and was waiting for these to come around with new models out. As much as we depend on these it pays to go all in with the best you can afford.

no problem.. my rent is low so I have extra cash flow. My old S20+ trade in was showing it's age. And first time trade in so we'll see. I usually don't like extra work getting a deal.

S22U is a horrible phone. I have had one now for 2.5 years. One UI 7 has rendered my phone totally useless. Very laggy, freezes quite often, and restarts by itself about 8x a day. I have even factory reset my phone, no fix.

I have an iPhone 6 to trade in as a back up/motorcycle use with quadlock. Was going for the S22+ but got scared. Wonder if the s23 plus is a good deal for me. ugh. I just want a big screen really and I'll use this phone on my motorcycle most of the time.

Only really a good deal if you're trading in a s5 for a s22 for 150. All the other trade-in offerings doesn't seem worth it when you can buy a used one for similar/cheaper price without having to worry if samsung would reject the trade-in or not.
