Absolutely zero chance I'd trust a mains electrical product from the online king of counterfeits, Amazon.

And to be totally clear, I absolutely adore Wago wire connectors. Just get them from Home Depot or an electrical parts distributor. You have a fairly decent chance at getting "commingled inventory" from Amazon, which means fake product. I wouldn't trust that in my home for a moment.

Usually, I'm the one raising the red flag, but "Peppy" is well trusted. Don't know about any of the others, though.

Yep, these are branded cases, so no inventory comingled. I haven't heard anyone making fake wagos and fake peppy cases...

Ah yes, fire starters! They do not hold a good connection. I have replaced many of these melted and even ashes. Still does not beat wire nuts!
