The promotional code you entered is not valid.
I used it for about an hour. In the middle of a tough cut it stopped working. I thought maybe the battery was dead. As soon as I popped in the new battery the chainsaw immediately started without pushing the trigger. The only way to stop it was to remove the battery. There was no issue with the first battery being dead as I tried that one and the same thing happened.
Obviously, I returned it. I even put a post-it note in the case warning what will happen just in case an employee messes with it or in case it just gets re-taped as an open box item and another customer buys it. Dangerous.
