These come with RFID tags, but I can't get ACE pro to recognize them. Anyone running into the same issue? Some spool also came tangled and messed up the ACE....

From a different deal about 2 weeks ago, I got a 5 roll order but one of the reels was wrapped into a mylar shipping bag and taped to the other 4 boxes which were all taped together. Inside the bag was a torn box along with a broken reel of filament. Put in for a refund for one reel. We shall see what transpires. I am in again on this deal. Once more, we shall see what is shipped. Oh, also, the RFID chips were detected and worked perfectly.

They sent me 3 out of 5 rolls. The packaging was horrible (plastic thin bag). It looked like it split open and was retaped. I cannot recommend this deal. I will update if they reply, but for now no go.

UPDATE 10/9/25: They contacted me quickly and are sending out the incomplete order, will update again after received.
