I got this a couple of days ago, it isn't UL or ETL listed. It has the following logos on the underside: NOM, NYCE, and TUV Rheinland.

TÜV Rheinland AG is based in Cologne. TÜV Rheinland operates as a technical testing organization in the areas of safety, efficiency and quality. Chairman of the executive board of TÜV Rheinland AG is Michael Fübi, chairman of the supervisory board is Michael Hüther. The sole shareholder of TÜV Rheinland AG is TÜV Rheinland Berlin Brandenburg Pfalz e. V. With 19,924 employees, TÜV Rheinland generated sales of 1.97 billion euros and earnings before interest and taxes of 130.6 million euros in 2017. In terms of sales, 45 percent was attributable to business outside Germany. 11,420 employees work outside Germany, 8,504 in Germany. DIN CERTCO[12] is the certification body of TÜV Rheinland Group and is the certification body for the issuance of the DIN-Marks and further certification marks.

I looked again and here's what I think is the info you asked for:

Type 3 SPD VPR L–N, N–G 1.2 kV; L–G 0.9 kV

So from what I can tell its sensitivity seems to be on the average budget side although it does have a higher endurance with 4000 joules. Have I understood this correctly?

line-neutral, neutral-ground 1200 volts and line-ground 900 volts is definitely way too high. This is better than most of the garbage surge protector strips SD likes to push but far from ideal. For just a few dollars more you can usually get a better version of it.

here is a decent one
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08P5LRY37

monoprice version is good, goues on sale frequently for under $20
https://www.amazon.com/Monoprice-...B00870D47G

you want to find one that has a high surge protection (2,000+) and preferably a listed clamping voltage (600 or lower is best)

Not a big deal, but not an AI response. I Googled the company and cut/pasted what I found on Wikipedia.
