I dont have experience with these in particular, but the general rule of thumb is that anything with additives is more abrasive and will wear down a soft nozzle faster than just plastic. Carbon fiber and wood are generally worse than glitter or gitd, but it's a matter of degree. If I was going to do 4kg of glitter, id plan to use a hardened nozzle.

No, its still a PLA but with an additive sparkle/glitter. Softer nozzles will wear with time anyways, so you should plan on replacing a nozzle at some point anyway (hopefully you have a printer with a quick replace or similar process). Hardened nozzle always works well. Personally I wouldn't worry and just print this normal nozzle.
