The 300 lb is very real (could be more) so make sure you have ways and help to bring in from curb and to wherever it needs to go. I had no problem but needed many equipment (tractor with forks to get off truck and bring from curb to my shed, a jib boom to lift batteries out of crate, and a motorized stair climbing dolly to move on grass and down 10 steps to basement).
Otherwise the price is good, shipped promptly and packed well.
If I were to do again I would opt for the $2500 for 2 rack mount batteries + this inverter deal.

Why opt for the rack mount batteries instead?

Also this battery might not be UL cert but rack batteries V3 are UL certified!

Are they the same cells as Rack Mount?

Yes, just 300AH Rept cells, unit marketed at 280AH. Racks are 100AH Rept cells. The BMS in racks are JBD, but the BMS in the 280AH is Pace.
