I bought a different fan from the same manufacturer. Didn't work out of the box. Got a replacement. Same issue. Remote just didn't sync.
Support over email only with responses within 24 hours, but they couldn't figure out the problem.

Oof, hopefully it was an issue specific to that model. Glad to hear they were at least cooperative in trying to get it resolved.

Never buy a ceiling fan with a non replaceable led.
