The more rolls you buy, the higher the percent off (reduced to as low as $10.99 per roll):

They seem to call this the Black Friday sale. Assuming nothing changes, I don't think it would make sense to wait for Nov 28 since once filaments are out of stock, it may take weeks before they are replenished and the sale could be over.
