If you really want this style of watch then the Garmin Instinct is probably better. Casio needs to make these a lot cheaper for it to be worth it.
If you just want a little extra fitness data then this is more than fine. But yea I'd guess even garmin watches from 10 years ago are probably better than this for sports and running.
I wonder how well it integrates with apple health. Thats really the selling point for switching to apple is that apple health is an open platform for the most part and lets you feed data from different devices into it.
I wish Garmin would let me do the same for some things. Or at least come out with a ring so I can wear my other watches without losing all my data.
I'm a big Gshock square fan. This one has the MIP display which has great viewing angles. It's not the classic layout like the 5600's so hasn't gained as much popularity, though
