Yeah, this is common with Best buy PCS as well. Apparently they allow people to return anything without the original chargers and often the open box good in fair and good condition Ones are missing these items. They should really change their return policy.

Mine also arrived without a cable. What a ridiculous waste of everyone's time. It is not just a proprietary charging cable; it's a proprietary data cable that you need for basic functionality! In what world does "open box", let alone "open box - excellent" mean missing accessories?

Yes, it should come with them, but you can just buy a charging cable or USB-adapter, they are not expensive there are knockoffs all over.
