I bought this one for a few dollars more https://www.ebay.com/itm/267229702829, but it has a better kickstand IMHO and it rocks.

I have a Pixel 9 that supports display mode through USB-C, and paired with this monitor, a Bluetooth keyboard, and a Bluetooth mouse, I now have a lightweight laptop.

My Pixel 9 can even power the monitor in a pinch, though I usually use a USB wall adapter to power the monitor, then charge my Pixel 9 from the monitor's other USB-C port, basically needing just two USB cables.

I was shocked at how well and fast it works. Screens can be windowed, moved, etc. Basically, think Chromebook; it's the same experience. No more lugging my expensive Dell XPS when I travel.

this appears to be the same model Costco is selling for $80 new.

costco has: PM161Q Jbmiuux

ebay has: PM161Q Abmiuux

As far as I can see so far they have the same specs. Might just be different SKUs depending who sells it.

It has USB-C. Can you plug it into your phone as an external monitor?

don't think so unless the usb c does power and video otherwise you'll need an adapter to make this work

It has two USB-C ports, so you can use one for power and the other for video. I just tried it out and it works fine.
There are different variants of the monitor - unsure if all have two USB-C ports though. I ordered the variant with the case that acts as the stand, but was sent one with an integrated stand. The response rates were comparable, so I didn't complain, but keep that in mind.

I ordered the "Abm" variant that looked in the product listing like the attached pic, but received the "Jbm" version with the stand like you linked to.
Read other reports of Acer just sending out whatever version they felt like, not matching the exact version you ordered.
I use mine as a secondary monitor for my MacBook when I'm working with multiple apps/windows and don't want to toggle back and forth.

Ended up going with this one after reading your comment. The ports look better, the stand looks more stable, it has speakers (though I don't expect them to sound great), and it has a 2 year warranty.

Does it have 100x100mm VESA mount? Thanks. "And with VESA mount compatibility (100 x 100mm), you can easily mount it to a wall or stand for a more permanent setup."

Unfortunately that variant doesn't work for those who plan to use this monitor with a holder-type of mount since the kickstand in its default position blocks all ports. If the kickstand is extended rearwards for access to the ports, then it won't work with the holder-type of mount

If one doesn't plan to use a holder-type of mount and just the kickstand, then it's fine.

For this reason, we went with the other type

I'm looking for a portable monitor, but would like it to have touch screen. Seems like they rarely ever go on sale though.
