Cool motorcycle. Too bad its probably not legal on any roads without doing a lot of legal backflips to get around the lack of a VIN number. And good luck getting insurance.

Its absolutely not a road-legal e-bike as those are capped at 750W and 28mph. And pretty much the whole US uses 30mph as the line between motorcycle and moped, so 35mph is a motorcycle.
