OK let me preface with, I have an absurd tool menagerie at this point, in no small part thanks to slickdeals :/

That said, I am digging the newer Harbor Freight power tools and finding myself willing to buy there first (like I finally gave up and bought the damn fractional drill bit set for full $140 but do not regret it). ITC membership has been worth it, just adding that as a cautionary tale, because you go in for some in-store only or member only items, leave with a 1000lb Franklin cart and a Bauer band saw to the chagrin of your spouse (literally today).

TL;DR here's Jordan's lists:

Under $20 (ITC member list)

9 mil Nitrile Powder-Free gloves - 50 pack [harborfreight.com] - or other Nitrile gloves, but the thick ones are a good buy in these sales.
10 ft. x 12 ft. Silver and Black Extreme-Duty Weather-Resistant 12 mil Tarp [harborfreight.com] - or the 8 ft. x 10 ft. decent time, akin to gloves above.
ICON 16 oz. Soft Face Dead Blow Hammer [harborfreight.com] - thought it would be too light, but bought it on a similar sale last time, more useful than expected, but arguably Pittsburgh and cheap ones there do the same.
PITTSBURGH 10 in. Adjustable Demolition Pry Bar Wrench [harborfreight.com]- the weird prybar wrench adjusts smoothly enough and is $20, it's cool go waste money on it lol.
ICON Professional Mini Soft-Grip Pick and Hook Set, 4-Piece [harborfreight.com] - it is a good set. Better than the Milwaukee one I had grabbed a few years ago.

Other stuff, but lots of it is on sale anyway so tried to find things that should qualify.

Bonus item under $20
https://www.harborfreight.com/4-1...72739.html so that you have to buy the $99 saw. That thing is better than the DeWalt it is a clone of imo.

Under $10 (erybody)

PITTSBURGH 20° Offset & 45° Angle Long Reach Pliers, 2-Piece [harborfreight.com] - I have the ICON 45° ones and they have been stupid useful more often than I ever thought. I would have bought these had I seen them probably.
STOREHOUSE 15 in. Black Cable Ties, 100-Pack [harborfreight.com] - do seem a little better than most the cheapo big bags of them I get on Amazon.
ICON Professional 10 mm Socket Set, 4-Piece [harborfreight.com] - not even memeing the losing 10 mm always, but it is a good set and good chance for you to see if you even like ICON stuff for first time buyers!
EZ Reach & Grab Pickup and Reaching Tool [harborfreight.com] - grab tool saves your bacon when dropping crap behind washer or dryer.
DOYLE Magnetizer/Demagnetizer [harborfreight.com] - If you don't already have a pocket magnetizer/de-magnetizer like the Klein one this copies, great option under $10.

Other practical stuff like Nitrile gloves (I buy lots of 3 mil and 5 mil etc. not just the 9 mil), masks, other PPE, etc. are always a decent buy, too.

Search for "*". That seems to be the wildcard. Then just sort by price.

No, it will not stack with ITC member deals. It will, however stack with items that are on "instant savings".

Are these online exclusive? Or do they tend to be allowed for in store purchases too? First time shopping at HF for tools, and just realized they don't to online orders for store pick up

We haven't seen the coupon yet but I wouldn't be surprised if it's in store only (don't hold me to that). But to answer your question, it's definitely in store. If not both. You're correct that HF doesn't do in store pickup for online orders. Anything you order online gets shipped to you from a wearhouse.

Similar sale a few months back was indeed an in-store only.

Instant Savings currently better known as "Early Black Friday" deals on the HF website. I expect the coupon will still work...

"...a cautionary tale...."
Yeah, if you get ITC, there is no net savings. You will definitely spend more money, not less. Good time to get a mini toolbox if you have ITC, though.

if that's the way you want to look at things, there are no "net savings" to be had anywhere on 99.99% of deals since you're still spending money.
i would recommend only purchasing an ITC membership if there is an ITC deal you want to buy, and the ITC discount covers the cost of membership.

ITC is well worth the investment. There are deep discounts all the time, member exclusive sales opportunities, and early access to certain items. Lots of perks for like $50. You'll save more than it costs in like two or three purchases.
