Got it, also saw a $3 one from Maybelline (also red).

However, I got the email that I earned the rewards but got no credit showing on my Prime Video credit page. Is there any way to check?

I got the L'oreal ($2), Maybelliene ($3) and Skippy peanut butter ($3).

To replicate this, press the home button, then up, then scroll right. To refresh ads, press the home button and repeat. (I opened each new page's "Learn More" link and then pressed "back", but I don't know if this is required to get new ads).
